Dr. Jonathan Taffe DC:  Chiropractor and Clinic Director

Dr. Taffe is the clinic owner of Apple Valley Chiropractic & Rehab (formerly the Sports and Occupational Health Center) in Apple Valley. He joined Apple Valley Chiropractic & Rehab in Apple Valley after working previously at Four Seasons Chiropractic and HealthSource of Plymouth, MN.  Dr. Taffe attended The University of Northern Iowa before moving to Northwestern Health Sciences University where he received a BS in Human Biology and graduated Magna Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic.  Dr. Taffe also brings experience in caring for athletes.  During his final internship before graduating he trained under John K. Valentini DC, who was the official chiropractor for the Minnesota Vikings.  Dr. Taffe stresses the importance of combining rehab and strengthening with chiropractic care to allow for a more complete recovery from injury in a shorter amount of time.  Post-Graduate studies include whiplash injuries, working with foot orthotics, rehabilitation techniques, and nutritional approaches to health related conditions.  In his free time Dr. Taffe enjoys spending time with his wife Amanda, trips home to Iowa to visit family and friends, running, camping, and of course keeping up with the Minnesota sports scene.

Amanda Taffe CMT

Amanda graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2004. Amanda is certified in Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Therapy, and Myofascial Release. This wide variety of techniques allows for an effective treatment that will address clients differing needs. She offers 30 minute to 120 minute sessions. In her free time Mandy enjoys playing in her rec volleyball leagues, running, and trips home to Iowa to spend time with family and friends.
